We drove to the other side of town for a test drive. We drove one car and asked about others that we had seen online. He said they didn't have them anymore. He found one that we wanted to see and rather than bringing it up from the bullpen, he asked us to follow him out to the back lot in the rain. The car wasn't back there and was actually on the front of the lot. He didn't know his inventory, smoked, had us walk in the rain and cursed while talking with us. He didn't want to sell us a car and let us walk out to go look at a car on the west side which is closer to our house. We bought the other car and had a much more pleasant experience at the west side auto mall. Pat lost the sale because of his indifference. More
