My buying experience at Ray Skillman NE Mazda was actually quite fun! That's not something I would have expected to say prior to my visit. To start, I came in with the intention of taking a look at a actually quite fun! That's not something I would have expected to say prior to my visit. To start, I came in with the intention of taking a look at a specific car; I prepared myself for what I thought would be an inevitable certainty of being pressured to look at another vehicle more expensive, or one that boasted a lot of unnecessary features. I didn't get that at all! My salesman, was very laid back in his approach. He answered what questions he could (on a non-Mazda vehicle), but when he didn't know the answer he said he'd find out, and he did. Joe never tried to hard-sell me; I respect that much more than someone greasing the wheels just to make a sale. The entire process was smooth and painless. From the test driving to financing, each person I encountered treated me with tremendous courtesy and respect, and I never felt any censure for the decisions I made during my buying process. I started at the Skillman Ford dealership, but told them I was interested in the Mazda. With a quick phone call, the car was ready for me to pick up at Skillmans Mazda store. There was not a lot of back and I was interested in the Mazda. With a quick phone call, the car was ready for me to pick up at Skillmans Mazda store. There was not a lot of back and forth, and I did not feel extreme pressure as I have in other car dealerships. They knew what I was capable of, and at the end of the day just made it all easy for me. The sales team knew I was in a hurry by the time I got there, and worked very efficiently. Everyone was courteous and I was introduced to the sales, finance and GM. I will recommend this dealership to others based on the buying experience. More

We drove to the other side of town for a test drive. We drove one car and asked about others that we had seen online. He said they didn't have them anymore. He found one that we wanted to see and rather th drove one car and asked about others that we had seen online. He said they didn't have them anymore. He found one that we wanted to see and rather than bringing it up from the bullpen, he asked us to follow him out to the back lot in the rain. The car wasn't back there and was actually on the front of the lot. He didn't know his inventory, smoked, had us walk in the rain and cursed while talking with us. He didn't want to sell us a car and let us walk out to go look at a car on the west side which is closer to our house. We bought the other car and had a much more pleasant experience at the west side auto mall. Pat lost the sale because of his indifference. More
