No customer service skill, terrible follow up. Do not use this dealer..EVER!! They do no return calls and do not forward messages. This dealer continued to contact me after I ask him to stop. They want me to upgrade my current vehicle and I’ve told them several times I am not interested. I finally had to get nasty. Ray Skillman East worked me into the schedule today and quickly resolved a tire issue for my 1-week old car. The issue was not under warranty but they understood my concerns and had my car ready, good as n quickly resolved a tire issue for my 1-week old car.
