I would give zero stars but that wasn’t an option. I spent all this money for my car to still be doing the exact same thing it was doing. And instead of it just being a few hours like I was told it to I spent all this money for my car to still be doing the exact same thing it was doing. And instead of it just being a few hours like I was told it took ALL day long. Leaving my with no car and then getting the car back and not being fixed and I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 5 years now I’m starting to get pissed. More

Came for simple 72k service and tire rotation left with horrible vibration, brought it back was told I had a bent wheel. All that was done was put on the rear where the car still vibrates when it didn’t be horrible vibration, brought it back was told I had a bent wheel. Threw it on the back left and was told it won’t be as bad but the car never had a vibration before I brought it in. More
