Visit Ray Skillman Northeast for an oil change and fog light replacement . I brought my own oil. I don't believe the oil was used with the olive change, the fog still wasn't working after I departed the light replacement . I brought my own oil. I was meet with a bad attitude when I told Layla I didn't want to pay the $180. She stated, she didn't say that , stormed to the back service area to communicate with the Tech I assume. Upon my departure she stated, it's working for now in a not so pleasant voice, I've moved my service appointments from Westside Kia to avoid such energy and Service. More
