Update: They said the fuel pump improved the misfire but it wasn't completely fixed. Stated that they were waiting on additional parts to come out of Dallas. I ended up picking my car up on 12/7/23. Derek Bell was my initial contact as JB Liddle wasn't at his desk. He handed me the bill for $189. I said "I feel like you all should eat this as a result of terrible customer service + you've had my car so long etc." DB said ok I'll get my manager. I asked was it Mitch he said no, Matt. So, the initial review probably is for Matt not Mitch. Nonetheless, Matt the manager smh not a good business guy and probably shouldn't be manager. As he looked through my paperwork he told me I was being charged for the initial oil change & tire rotation. He then said "I tell you what, you pull the review and I'll take care of your service." I was offended. I said no way, the review stands. He said "welp, you'll owe for the $189." I said wooowwwwww is this really happening. To which he responded with "that's business," To which I said, it may be business but it's not GOOD business. As I handed my credit card over to pay my bill, I kindly asked for a copy of all of the paperwork. I received a packet substantially smaller than the packet they had me sign. I asked Matt, again, fora copy of allll the paperwork to which he responded, 'this is your copy, you get the pretty colored copies, those black and whites are just repair orders, part orders etc." I then asked, again, for a copy of alllll the paperwork; he then obliged. Ray Skillman, good luck with this guy being your service manager. Not only does he NOT represent nor uphold good business. His integrity is in question as well. More
The service and the KIA cars at this dealership are at best SUB/PAR. I would not recommend this dealership or KIA cars in general. Check out KIA engine issues online. Every time you try calling the service department they never answer the phone. I got a flat tire and had to go up there because nobody answers the phone and when I got up there they didn't have my tire in never answer the phone. I got a flat tire and had to go up there because nobody answers the phone and when I got up there they didn't have my tire in stock and they said it can take up to a week for my tire to get there. I had a couple of issue with that: 1. He never made an attempt to call another Kia dealership to see if they had a tire. I would have went there instead of coming there if they would have answered the phone. 2. I had a warranty on my tires so good customer service would have been doing what you can to help your customer, I had to ask him to change my tire to a doughnut. His response was I need to see if someone can do that and if I had one, my response was I hope so this is a 2021. My car is leased and this dealership and the one in Carmel, Service department has already let me know that I would not be buying a Kia. Two bad experiences from 2 different service dealerships. That's a red flag, love my K5 but if i have a problem Im not confident in there service department. More

Horrible I have came into this dealership 2 times to have my oil changed and everyone that I have came in contact with has been very rude and not really helpfu I have came into this dealership 2 times to have my oil changed and everyone that I have came in contact with has been very rude and not really helpful at all the first time I came they was to lazy to look anything up in the computer the second time I was turned away because the didn't feel like changing my oil although I had a 5pm appointment the don't take anyone after 415 I was told although on line it says 6pm needless to say I am a loyal kia customer and was going to be updating my car soon I WILL NOT BE BUYING A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL NOR WILL I SEND ANY BUSINESS THERE WAY More
