The service was excellent. . I only had me new Encore for a week and realized it had an oil leak. I called my salesman, Clay Warner and he told me to bring it in. I did and the . I did and they had another Encore ready for me to drive home while they checked my vehicle out. I was called the next day and they had found the problem and fixed it. The service was done in a timely manner and the personnel were very kind and helpful. They explained everything to me and I was extremely pleased with the prompt turn around. More
Excellent Customer Service Continues After the Sale Today, my day started by not being able to locate my car keys. I called my sales person Ryan who told me I would need to talk to Service/Parts. Abou Today, my day started by not being able to locate my car keys. I called my sales person Ryan who told me I would need to talk to Service/Parts. About 15 minutes later, Ryan called to see if they took care of what I needed. I was impressed. I called another dealer because it was closer to where I live, but the parts person really did not want to help me to purchase a new key. He really tried talking me out of it by saying I should wait a few days. That would have been fine if I didn't have work and didn't mind my new car just being parked. So I decided to go to where I purchased my vehicle. When I arrived at Ray Skillman Northeast, I was greeted my a service representative that escorted my over the the Parts area. , Jerry took good care of me. I was eventually able to get to work. It nice to see that the excellent service continues after your purchase. I won't mind driving the extra miles when I need service. The really treat their customers well! More

Sensing my frustrations with having another car issue, Jason put me at ease by assuring me he would find the problem and for me not to worry about it. That goes along way when you're having car troubles at the most inopportune time - 4th of July weekend. Jason's high level of professionalism was impeccable. Repaif of pipe When I got my tire rotation and oil change I mentioned to Jason I had a rattle but not all the time. He put it on the rack and found a pipe that was loose. (He listened to my problem and checked it out) He ordered the part and they put it on 5/25/16. He arranged for a car to take me home and pick me back up when the work was completed. You have a very nice waiting room with coffee, tea and donuts but no one wants to stay there over 2 hours. More
