Thank you for your review. After following up with your daughters situation, we did offer a few options to help get her vehicle fixed. After several phone calls with her, our Service team was never given the chance to check the vehicle out before it was taking to another service department. We did offer to repair the vehicle at cost with absolutely no profit. We apologize if you feel we did not meet your expectations, however we did follow up with her in regards to what we could do to help. We hope we can earn your trust and business in the future with any other vehicle needs.

Not one person from Ray Skillman called my daughter. She called the service department when her car broke down and she was told it would be $100.00 just for them to look at it. Then she called the finance manager that sold her the car (that no longer works in the building)and was told she bought the car as is and there was nothing they could do. She then reached out to a third party at Ray Skillman, that is not even in service department and explained what had happened. And then was told they would repair the car for cost. All of that communication was done thru text. She has them all on her phone. There was never any other option offered. And no one to this day has ever followed up with her. Once again why should she pay for something that was under warranty? Why did the service manager not take 5 minutes to check to see if it had warranty ?
