Called to price getting Rousch parts installed, Service said "talk to parts its best to get them to order". Then parts say's "Just order it online and we will install it". Finally, I get the guy to underst said "talk to parts its best to get them to order". Then parts say's "Just order it online and we will install it". Finally, I get the guy to understand what I want after I hear him talking in the background about how he's "trying to figure out what this guy wants". He says "you need to speak with service to get a price on install". Transfers me again to which nobody answers. I'm literally trying to buy a $1,600 kit for my truck and this is the runaround I get? Laughable at best. More

It was towed to Tom Wood Ford on 96th St. After being checked out we find out it has a crack in the short block. Its a common thing with this model of car. It is a 2014 Fusion. It only had 62,000 miles on it at time of the purchase. My daughter did purchase this car "AS-IS". I attempted to contact the General Manager 2 different times, I would of contacted the sales person but there was not one. And the finance guy that did sell her the car no longer worked in the building. I did not receive any type of response. My daughter knows someone that works at the dealership, she contacted him. After telling him the situation he relayed the message to the GM & also the service manager was informed. My daughter was then told they would replace the short block at their cost, by this third party person. The price they offered her was not at cost, Tom Wood had already quoted a price and it was only $50.00 more. But what is really surprising to me is that after some inquiring we found out that the car in question is still under an extended warranty and will be until 5/2021 or 100,000. I can not figure out why a dealership (Ray Skillman) would sell a car as-is that had been sold as a Certified Pre Owned and still had remaining warranty. Also Ray Skillman has very poor customer service. Not one time did anyone reach out to her to see if they could help. She is a single working mother and needed to be able to get to work and get her child to school. And obviously if someone at the Ray Skillman would of took a minute to really look into it, instead of wanting her to pay have it fixed $(3800.00), they would of found the warranty. Tom Wood Ford has been incredible all along this process. I would highly recommend them. Their service department has went above and beyond. More
