The sales & finance team that took care of us was very professional a My wife and I had a great buying experience with Ray Skillman Ford at Greenwood. The sales & finance team that took care of us was very professional and forthright, Cornell and Derek. Cornell was very patient with all our questions and helped us find the vehicle that we wanted. We never thought we’d be able to get the SUV we wanted since it was not available at their lot. Eventually they found one in Kentucky that fit exactly the specifications we wanted, a Ford Edge SEL 2020 with a lot of options in it. Cornell did his magic wand to price the vehicle to the budget we had. So come financing, Derek was great, honest, helpful and guided us through the sales process and really gave us a good interest rate that lowered our monthly payment and resulted in our buying the vehicle at our budgeted price.
