We are very sorry to hear about your experience. After speaking with our Service Department, it appears you had an appointment scheduled earlier in November to address these concerns, but our records show the appointment was missed and not rescheduled. Had we been able to diagnose the issues at that time, we could have arranged a loaner and handled everything for you sooner. We apologize that we were unable to provide a loaner within the timeframe you needed, though we did offer to place you on our loaner waitlist for the next available vehicle.

My son was in the ICU when that appointment was scheduled for, so it was missed. I had bigger priorities than getting recalls fixed. That appointment was not for my current concerns, it was to fix the recalls. The lockout issue is a new issue. Also, when I called to schedule that initial appointment I was told that it would be a couple days in the shop and a loaner would not be available at that time either. He told me verbatim, "we don't have a loaner so you will have to figure it out and if we pick it up and drop it back off it will be in the shop a little longer". Which was already going to be a huge inconvenience. I was unsure when we were going to be home from the hospital due to my child having a feeding tube placed, so I had not rescheduled it yet, understandably. The fact that you are trying to justify such unprofessional and disgusting behavior when a medically fragile child was at risk because of a missed appointment that had nothing to do with the current issue just continues to show the morals and values that Ray Skillman has. I'm so glad that comment was public so others can see the justification you have for such uncaring behavior by your employees. Once again, your solution was to put me on a wait list that's weeks out when I'm telling you my child had necessary medical supplies in the locked vehicle (that I was able to get to with the help of another Ford dealer) and a necessary appointment for a life threatening condition. Further proves my point and complaint.
