The fact that we were able to communicate well with our salesman and with the service department throughout the day, enabled our family to make decisions that moved us forward in a very difficult situation. Your service department greeted us when we literally rolled in on our vehicle’s last breath. We were headed home after a trip out of state. We live in Illinois, so our situation was compounded. Unfortunately, our engine had blown a barring. This was covered under warranty. The service department worked to get our repair approved and a rental for our family. We decided to look at our options and a salesman, Ariel Drotter, began to work with us. He took the time to get to know us. Even though he worked with multiple customers, we never felt that we were on the back burner. He was able I multitask well. His communication skills kept our situation moving in a positive direction. He took time with our son. We were able to come to a decision that really benefitted our family. Our day ended with a purchase of a new Tucson. We couldn’t be happier.
