I'm very happy I have nothing negative to say about the staff at Ray Skillman, I would highly recommend going to this dealership. Cameron was patient and did everyth I have nothing negative to say about the staff at Ray Skillman, I would highly recommend going to this dealership. Cameron was patient and did everything I could want. I went there thinking a used car but by the time Cameron and the financial staff I drove out in a brand new Hyundai Elantra in the color I wanted! I'm very sorry I can't remember everyone of the guys I talked to but I wanted to thank them all. One last thing, this car is probably the last one I will buy. I'm 68 I have a 10 year or 100,000 mile warranty and thinking of this I could not imagine a better dealership to have sold me this car! More

Finally after showing me 4 c I have nothing but good things to say about my recent experience at Ray Skillman Avon! Trevor was so patient and helpful! Finally after showing me 4 cars we had a winner! Trevor went above and beyond to help me find a car (I may have been a little picky! Lolololol) Cory was awesome to work with! He was actually the Finance Manager on one of my previous cars, he was just at a different location (Pike Plaza i believe) Cory and Trevor went above ans beyond to get me my car! I have purchased least 4 cars from Ray Skillman and my parents have bought at least 3! I recommend Ray Skillman every chance I get! You guys are awesome keep doing what you are doing! Every employee who walked by us that day said hello, asked how we were doing and if we need anything! Excellent customer service! And Ryan contacted me a few days after I got the car to make sure all was going well with the car. Awesome! More

I had received letters from them inquiring about purchasing my old vehicle, but I was always skeptic Very glad I ended up going in to this dealership. I had received letters from them inquiring about purchasing my old vehicle, but I was always skeptical about going in because of pushy salesmen. My sales rep, Cameron, was very friendly, easy to talk to, and most of all very knowledgeable about their vehicles. He made it clear that I was under no obligation to make a purchase and never pushed anything that I wasn’t interest in. He focused on what I wanted/needed in a vehicle and I ended up walking out with a vehicle I didn’t think I could afford. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
