Wanted us to sign loan documents under false pretenses. I will never suggest anyone come here. We test drove a vehicle, was told that it was too late to do anything with a bank, no problem we figured that w I will never suggest anyone come here. They called us the next day and said come in you are approved just need you to sign the paperwork. We schedule an appointment, drive 2 hours to find out they essentially lied to us. They got us approved for a 3rd car loan and the Finance MANAGER, yes the manager you read that right, thought that we would just let one of our cars get repossessed. The FINANCE MANAGER had actually thought we would let a car get repossessed. That wasn’t even the worst part, they came up with this solution the day before when they told us we were approved. They just figured that since we were driving 2 hours we would just sign the paperwork and deal with it. More

This place is full of authentic and awesome people, who made the stress of buying a new car much less stressful. Derek at the service desk was very helpful with bringing my car in for window tinting. He was able to get me going to work with a loaner vehicle while the work was done. Derek Williams was punctual in calling to let me know the work was done and the car was ready for pick up any time.
