TERRIBLE SERVICE Bad service from Garyson..I told them everything up front he told me if I had a offering letter he would have me get in a car..he lied me to me tellin Bad service from Garyson..I told them everything up front he told me if I had a offering letter he would have me get in a car..he lied me to me telling me he working on my stuff tell me not to come in to check bt to call I wait give him time he then says I have to take of people in branch first bt tells me not to come in..I seat and wait hours ( 4)patiently til they close showing him my interest..end of the night only me and another customer there he fixed up with them walk around me back to his desk as if he didn’t even see me totally disrespectful I would recommend him to anybody but a person of his interest he lack self respect regardless how my information look are the person I am I should be treated equal..it took 5 days to not get approved thanks a lot garyson..and I’ll question everybody I also explained it to the T with another his response oh y thank you I’ll go pat him on the back right after this call so he treat the next one of you a little better thanks My Experience More

Excellent experience I had been shopping around for a Hyundai Santa Fe for the last few days. I never wanted to buy a car from Ray Skillman because of previous experience I had been shopping around for a Hyundai Santa Fe for the last few days. I never wanted to buy a car from Ray Skillman because of previous experience at a different location 4 years back but I ended up just stopping by to see what they have to offer. Seth, the salesman welcomed me, he gained my trust on the very first day which meant he brought a customer back to Rayskillman even though I was still window shopping at different locations and dealerships. I found out that Seth was honest from day 1, he or his team did not lie about anything to get my business. They worked with me on the pricing and brought it down to where I wanted to be. Well, I got my brand new Santa Fe within couple of days, clean, full tank and shining. I appreciate them taking care or me and I hope that this impression lasts until I have this car and until the warranty lasts lol I am happy with the car so far. Runs perfect and the safety features are awesome. Once again, Thank you! More
