My daughter took her car (under warranty) to be repaired. The left rear brake caliper failed. The tech replaced the caliper, and brake hose. The brakes failed before she left their parking lot. Had the vehicle towed as I did not trust the dealership. We got the car home and found the tech never bled out the left rear brake. Nothing but air in the brake line. This dealership is crooked. They try to upcharge their work, and deliberately make the vehicle unsafe. I would have been fine if they would have just bled out the brake and sent it on its way. More

Here is what was interesting in this process it started just around 11:00 AM, I called RAY SKILLMAN AVON Hyundai and few seconds later a very professional G.S.A responded and transferred my call to someone who can help me…and guess what, JOSH is the person who assisted me via call, explain everything and I am sure he responded all my questions I was asking to the rate of 80% then the remain 20% I got it when I met with KENDALL who was there with me for testing the car, and for documentations and then she explained every single function of the car so that I can be aware and familiar with this brand new car Operations which were very different from what I was used to with the old car. Briefly, after all processes required I am driving my car. I would like to thank Mr. JOSH and Ms/Mrs KENDALL for being professional, the warm welcome you gave us and the best and quick Service you gave us.
