When I called and told salesman he was going to Alan the manager..When I go back to dealer he said he knew nothing about it.. Then a few minutes later said he looked a video tape and didn't see it get hit... If you're looking to get screwed this is the place to go... I did hold onto to spare key knowing they the Manager Al was planning on denying that some dishonest employee damaged truck. More

There was a terrible lack of communication! ! Our truck was there for 3 days. We had to do all the communication to find out what was going on the entire time. Then the recall was only half ! Our truck was there for 3 days. We had to do all the communication to find out what was going on the entire time. Then the recall was only half done. Had to come back for another appointment a week later for another 2 days!! Little did anyone care that we needed our truck. It’s obvious to us that if your vehicle comes in for a recall it’s the last thing worked on. Again communicate it’s good to know !! Due to many issues with this visit we won’t be back. Consideration for a Ford customer is lacking. . . . I’m sure Ford would love to hear about the treatment we received. Then again. Will they care? More
