Damage to Truck door I took my 1993 Ford F 150 pick up for State inspection and check ABS flickering light on the dash board. Before I left the truck in the service a I took my 1993 Ford F 150 pick up for State inspection and check ABS flickering light on the dash board. Before I left the truck in the service area parking lot the driver side door was working without any problem whatsoever. When I picked the truck after diagnostic work, the driver side door was hard to open and started making loud scraping noise when opened and closed. I got the service counter person with his assistant to look at it. They noticed that the door was rubbing against the frame and making scraping noise. Their suggestion was to take it to a body shop to fix it!! The damage happened when the truck was moved from the parking lot by the person who works at the dealership. It is obvious that it was bumped into a barrier or another vehicle when it was being moved into the shop. Unfortunately there is no recourse other than taking my business elsewhere. More

I told Rich what I could afford and what I was looking for. He worked with me, and helped me find my new 2014 Chevy Cruze. As I was working with Shelly on my paperwork, Rich got my stuff from my old car, and transferred it to my new car. When I went to get into my new car (in the cold), I found my car to be warm, my new CD was playing on my favorite song, and the heated seats were on and toasty. Rich said he wanted everything to be perfect for me. And it was! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated with loving care. My hat is off to Rich in sales, Rich in service, and Shelly who thoroughly processed my paperwork and explained my extended warranty. Great job, guys! More
