I’m a little late with this review, as I’ve been traveling for work and haven’t found the time. This vehicle is the 2nd vehicle I’ve purchased from Bill Capo’s. After purchasing my first vehicle Jee traveling for work and haven’t found the time. This vehicle is the 2nd vehicle I’ve purchased from Bill Capo’s. After purchasing my first vehicle Jeep Renegade, the service I received from Bill and the rest of the team at Ray Price Chevrolet was PHENOMENAL!! I couldn’t have been more please. So much so when it came time for me to purchase another vehicle 2 years later, I returned to Ray Price for guaranteed great service from any sales representative because from my previous experience this dealership has a great Team. I was overjoyed to see my Previous sales Rep, Bill Capo again. Bill feels like family! Bill has sent me greeting cards for Birthdays and holidays and has made it his business to stay connected with his customers even after the sale is done and final. My 2nd vehicle purchase was the 2020 Chevy Trax red tail edition, another great vehicle. Sorry it has taken me so long to write this review. My salesman was Billy Capo and people usually ask what would you rate between 1 an 10. Well I would rate Billy Capo 1,000,000. He was fantastic. He made salesman was Billy Capo and people usually ask what would you rate between 1 an 10. Well I would rate Billy Capo 1,000,000. He was fantastic. He made my purchase so enjoyable and actually fun. Billy even went out of his way calling the insurance company and didn't give up until he was satisfied. There should be more salesman like Billy Capo. I am really enjoying my chevy spark. The ride is great, handles great and I really love the color. Billy Capo, my salesman My husband and I have dealt with Billy Capo for 3 three years. I leased my Malibu 3 years ago and my husband purchased his Equinox. Last week I turn My husband and I have dealt with Billy Capo for 3 three years. I leased my Malibu 3 years ago and my husband purchased his Equinox. Last week I turned in my Malibu and purchased a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. Bill was terrific in processing the calls and paperwork required for this transaction. Not a good Experience at all Reached out to this dealer and seemed to get good assistance from the Internet sales person I dealt with. Appeared however their hands are tied by man Reached out to this dealer and seemed to get good assistance from the Internet sales person I dealt with. Appeared however their hands are tied by management and they dropped the ball. I got every song and dance about Covid and no staff yet other dealers have no problem. After trying to get a deal done filling out a credit app more than once as they were not able to retrieve the GM one and hitting my credit multiple times I had enough and went 70 miles north and bought a new GMC Sierra in less than 2 days and severely cheaper . Two weeks since I gave the go ahead to finalize and seal a deal I have had no contact back. I have had to email and call multiple times all to get told they are short staffed and busy. Too bad for them purchasing a 2nd vehicle next week from the GMC dealer. More
