Worst new car buying experience in 50 years. Paint on $30k Civic hood was chipped. Told them to fix properly. Drove 40 miles (3 times) a week later and was told it was ready. Salesman told me (after I got there) it wasn't up to his expectations. I took ownership of the vehicle out of frustration. I will avoid service (especially body work) in the future at all costs. It was painfully obvious the dealership was more important to the staff than providing quality to the customer. Do not have them get a car from another dealership because they don't use protective covering or a rollback to transport. They also did not do the post inspection. More
