I had the BEST experience at Ray Price with Bill Capo. My parents have gone through Bill for many of their vehicles over the years. I needed to get a new vehicle ASAP, so my dad reached out to Bill and Bill parents have gone through Bill for many of their vehicles over the years. I needed to get a new vehicle ASAP, so my dad reached out to Bill and Bill made it such a smooth and quick process. I was initially stressed with needing to get a new car, but Bill got me set up with my new Renegade and explained everything in a way that made me know that I was in the right hands. While working with Bill, it was very clear as to why my parents have always gone to him all of these years. I work in the customer service field and Bill definitely get rated an A+! I will continue to always go to Ray Price and work with Bill for all of my future cars! More

We just purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and had a fantastic experience. I can honestly say that my wife and I have never had a better car buying experience Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and had a fantastic experience. I can honestly say that my wife and I have never had a better car buying experience. The salesman, Billy Capo went above and beyond to find the the best price, discounts and incentives for us and gave us what we were expecting on our trade of a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Billy was honest, friendly, cordial, professional and listened thoroughly to our wants and needs. He went above and beyond to get us what we wanted for a price that was reasonable and fair. When we purchase our next vehicle, years from now, we will deal with Billy, no doubt about it and if I need to refer family or friends, the referral will go to Billy. He worked within our budget to find the car that we wanted and made the deal work for us. I left there with a couple of new Veteran Brothers, Billy Capo and Dawson (the finance manager), both of who I'd be happy to buy a car from again. Dealership was fine. Got me into a 2020 Gladiator lease at a fair price. Salesman Billy Capo was friendly but not very organized. Had my wife and I in the dealership initially for 4 hours to complete the s at a fair price. Salesman Billy Capo was friendly but not very organized. Had my wife and I in the dealership initially for 4 hours to complete the sale. Thought we were done after 4 hours, but he forgot to have the emissions sticker put on the vehicle. Had to go back since service department was already closed. Wanted to drive home with the top up on the new truck. Billy didn't know how the top of the truck operated!?!? Drive home disappointed with top down. Called Billy on Monday. Needed to get emissions sticker. Made appointment for Wednesday. Read Jeep Gladiator forum online. Found that I needed straps to hold the top while driving. Straps were not in the vehicle. Called Billy. Told him I'd be in Wednesday at 11:30am. He said he would have the straps for me while I had the emissions sticker put on. Wednesday comes. Billy doesn't have straps for me. Tells me he'll get them before I leave. I'm there an hour. I leave without straps. He calls me 20 minutes later saying that he has the straps. I am 1/2 way home at that point. I tell him how disappointed I am with the service he provided. He tells me he has rave reviews with his customers. Tells me not to contact him again and that I should call the GM or lease specialist if I had any questions. Maybe Billy was having an off-week but he certainly did not care about my time or my questions once he made the sale. I met Ray Price. He's wonderful. I'll go to his dealership again. But I will NOT work with Billy Capo in the future. More
