Supporting the Doers This is a shout-out for Gary Pearman and his team at Ray Pearman Lincoln, Huntsville, AL. Although my 2022 Corsair was accidentally damaged with paint scratches during service, G Pearman and his team at Ray Pearman Lincoln, Huntsville, AL. Although my 2022 Corsair was accidentally damaged with paint scratches during service, Gary stood behind their commitment of quality customer service and paid for a detailer to restore the vehicle condition to like-new appearance. I am totally impressed that I can trust this dealership to do the right thing in a timely manner. Many thanks to Gary and his team, and I hope they are blessed with great success! More
Bought a Lincoln from them. Had to change out a water pump and it began a year of nightmare with a chain reaction of failures. From the water pump ( had to pull the engine), the Had to change out a water pump and it began a year of nightmare with a chain reaction of failures. From the water pump ( had to pull the engine), then injectors ( dumped fuel into the catalytic converter ( killed it), then the transmission, then the speed sensor on the transmission. I am not sure they can change oil without tearing something up. Do not do business with Ray Pearman. More
Was looking at a 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera S Cab at this Lincoln dealership; Adam H was the assigned sales person to me. Given that I am looking at this car from out of state, I am relying on the proper des Lincoln dealership; Adam H was the assigned sales person to me. Given that I am looking at this car from out of state, I am relying on the proper description to make a better determination. First off, the description are all over the place and incorrect. It stated that it has backup camera, it does not. Then the description said that this car, and all pre-owned vehicles has been inspected by trained technicians before they go on their lot. Also not true, as I talked to Adam. Adam said they don’t inspect it, and it may be a good idea for me to get a PPI given that they are a Lincoln dealer and this is a Porsche. Sure, why not, I thought. Given that this is out of state, it would be better to have that peace of mind. I then proceeded to set up a PPI, had the car go over to a local place for inspection. The first thing mechanic told me, was that this is not original paint on the car, and it has been painted over. Additionally, the cabriolet top has issues with leaking and headliner issue that needs to be replaced. Later that same day, I spoke with Adam, and said yeah, there are these issues that the mechanic found. Adam replied, “oh, I was talking to my shop guys, they said this is one of the best repainted job, and can barely tell”. Well, if you knew about this ahead of time, why didn’t you disclose this information to your potential customer, and I had to go find out on a PPI? On top of that, Adam said he also knew of the leaking issues of the convertible top. Just based on these two issues, I would have not gone through a PPI, if I knew about these information in advance. Very dishonest, in my opinion. If you are looking to buy any type of used car in this dealership, I’d take a hard look before looking at any of the used cars on this dealer’s lot. More
