Sold me a roach, now won't return my calls. In addition to that I've had the car less than 1000 miles and it has a host of issues that these guys basically offloaded in to my lap. I have tried calling and emailing multiple managers at this dealership (sorry reception at ray laks you've transferred me to mailboxes several times) and no answer, no response. Avoid this place. Seriously. More

Do not do business here. My wife and I attempted to purchase a used van from these charlatans. We found an internet listing matching our purchasing criteria and stopped by (30 My wife and I attempted to purchase a used van from these charlatans. We found an internet listing matching our purchasing criteria and stopped by (30 miles away). On our initial visit, the vehicle was having some work done in the service department. No problem, we made contact with a salesman and were told it would be ready later that day. We came back, but the vehicle was still on a lift. Not wanting a scheduling conflict to deprive us of this opportunity, we put money down on the vehicle so we would be the first to test drive it when it was finally ready. Days later we received word that the van was ready, so we went back that weekend. While driving, a loud noise began emanating from the wheel area. Obviously, the van needed to be returned to the service department. We still wanted to purchase the vehicle and the dealership still had our money. We told them to take their time and service it properly. Several days passed and we received word that the van was ready again, so we made another appointment to test drive it in two days time. When we arrived at the dealership for our appointment we were told THE VAN HAD BEEN SOLD. The salesman had our number but did not notify us to save us the 30-mile drive, since he still wanted to sell us a more expensive vehicle. His manager told us tough luck and that putting money down on a vehicle doesn't mean anything. He would not negotiate on the price of another vehicle at all and couldn't care less what we had invested in the process. Finally, their card reader was broken and we couldn't get our money back. After two hours of waiting, they told us we didn't have to stay and that they would call us when the money was returned. After several days, we called the financial office to be told that they hadn't done any paperwork and that they have never done transactions without having a physical card available, so we'd have to drive the 30 miles there to swipe our card again, to get the money back that was put down on nothing. This entire establishment, from stem to stern, is a fallacy. More
