Purchased 2017 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack' 15,300 miles, sight unseen on Feb. 23, 2022 going by pics and salesperson conversation. I felt the price was in ballpark of what was out there, as I had been looking at other cars of same model. As soon as delivered and looking over, disappointment in bad choice and conveyed to salesperson that I wish I had made the drive over (4 hour via Canada, 7 1/2 hours stateside) to look at and that I probably would not have purchased. Worse car as far cleanliness, as supposedly detailed, understand exterior dirty from transporting. The finish is/was all scratched (so far 25+ hours in paint correction and detail). I would think for $42,000 that tires would reflect that, two new and two original 5 year old crap tires that supposedly met safety inspection. But hey, their play on words reporting to Carfax that tires were replaced. Not two tires or four tires replaced like other dealers report to Carfax. Two tires were very close to wear bars and cracks in the treads and sides. Badly delaminated infotainment screen. Just the idea that I am the smuck that bit on this Carfax, 1-owner, great miles car. I know nothing will come of this, I'm not a local customer, but I guess I learned a lesson. Oh, and supposedly 80,000 mile service performed, per Dodge maintenance schedule, including cabin air filter, couldn't even get that right or replaced, guessing it was original too. I have bought a 2019 Honda Odessy and 2019 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ within the last year, so I know what I was looking at and for. The car is looking great now, but I didn't want or need a project car. More

Please stay away from this dealership. Rude and unable to service vehicles they sell you. Service department is very inept and rude. They sell you a warranty and will not honor it. Scheduled a test drive for a Honda civic ex-t and when I arrived they told me they sold the car from under me. No calls or emails about selling the vehicle and possibly helping me on finding a new one. So I arrived they told me they sold the car from under me. No calls or emails about selling the vehicle and possibly helping me on finding a new one. So I decided to take a look because I made the drive out there, and they tried upselling me. The car they showed me was above MSRP and when I pointed that out they decided to lower it to standard price. After a test drive of the model I was shown, I thought about it financially and made the decision to get the car. Then we sat down and began filling out paperwork. During that time, they treated my mom like crap (had her come because I wanted her support through making my decisions). The sales rep was condescending towards her and didn't have half the things we discussed in writing, Problems with the car that they had to fix, things we needed to take care of on our end, etc. Then it became a long headache. After the dealership, I decided to call it off. Which then the general manager called and asked what could be done to make the sale happen. So we made compromises, which took up a whole day. Then after agreeing on certain terms, they had their end of things to finish up. Which they didn't do until I reached out and asked what as taking so long. What was finished in a couple hours was delayed and put off for 2 days. After everything that happened I chose to call of the deal because of the laziness the dealership and it's manager showed, and the way that we were treated. I would never recommend buying from ray laks. More
I bought a car here 3 years ago. Received an offer per email that sounded good. I’ve literally had to chase down a sales rep to assist me with this offer. Questions go unanswered for days. I called this dealership about a car I saw advertised on line. It was just sold however let's see what we can do. So, I ended up getting a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. I called to speak to someone and was always told they would call me back. Finally after a week of no response I finally spoke to the finance person I dealt with and had been calling. With a lot of back and forth and of course he tried to retain the sale, I returned the vehicle. After the all the stalling tactics I had it 16 days. They stated they would not refund any of my deposit and now as of today will not answer any of my calls. The purchase was 11-28-20 return 12-15-20 a total of 2 weeks and 3 days. A Fortune 500 company that can not refund any of the deposit!! I just wanted to be able to get back and forth to help my mom regularly. However this was just not a good fit so I had to return it. The loan was not even final on it. SMH More
