I'm in my third Honda from Ray Lake and am appalled with the service from my last car. Right off the bat the interior drivers door has snapped and doesn't fit back in because they broke a clip while sprayin the service from my last car. Recently went in to have the air conditioner unit replaced, it stopped working and they did a silent recall on the part, not notifying customers of the issue. They proceeded to brake a line in connection to the ac and charge me for it. They claim it just disintegrated. My car has the yearly under body coating, and less than 24,000 miles. They admit they're built like trash these days and that's their reason for not offering this to be included with the warranty. $500 later. There 58 or whatever point inspection they offer is a scam. Tried telling me my brakes were on wrong and needed to be replaced. I'm a woman, that's why. Had them checked by a family mechanic, and another shop I regularly get work done at... Pretty hard to put brakes on wrong, and they weren't on wrong. They will try to sell you a slew of other nonsense at 500% increase. Like an air filter that takes 2 seconds to do yourself. 9 new car my family has purchased from them in the last 15 years and we won't be anymore. More
