Service Dept let-down! Brought my 2019 Honda CR-V in on Dec 6,2019 for an oil change and voiced concern about the abnormal wear of the fabric on the driver's seat cushion. A Brought my 2019 Honda CR-V in on Dec 6,2019 for an oil change and voiced concern about the abnormal wear of the fabric on the driver's seat cushion. Advised by service advisor Josh that it was probably caused by the laundry detergent I use. I said that I would like to speak with the service manager who according to Josh, was not available at the time. He said that he would have the service manager contact me and I am still waiting for that "contact"! The vehicle is less than one year old and I am very disappointed in the way the driver's seat upholstery is wearing. More

Jeff and the service dept are very patient and they explain everything and it has always has been fixed right the first time. I just bought a CRV and I am very happy with it. I do not like change, but I will figure this out. Tons of technology and everyone in the service dept has volunteered to help me. This is where all that patience will come in. My inspection sticker is always put on perfect ! That is so important to me !! More
Disappointed with service dept. Wanted to order snow tires, and had to call 4 times before anyone got back to me. They forgot to put my summer tires in the back. about non start car hi, well as i thought when i read reviews and did research of no start condition. My honda civic2012 lx has 140000 miles over and hard time start sta hi, well as i thought when i read reviews and did research of no start condition. My honda civic2012 lx has 140000 miles over and hard time start start at 135000 bout I would say. The diagnostic was in for 5 hrs and could not conclude or unexplain what it was. So my conclusion is fuel pump and have not check it out but get a cheaper one on ebay and will see if it is really clogged for sure that my guess. The battery starter and alternator test good and spark plug change at 100000 miles so it not that. coolant, transmission and brake fluid all great. It could be electrical, it is not the fuses that what i think it is the pump probab. just wear out, depends on condition and stuff. A fuel pump does fail eventually down the road mine as well get it changed as i check youtube how to do it. More
Horrible Customer service Refuse to help their customers. I bought a car from them and two week later small things started to break off. I asked if they could fix them since Ive only had the car two weeks. Nope. All that is on me. Windshield wiper flys off and cracks my windshield? Apparently they don't have time to make sure they are secured correctly so they refused to help with anything . Sales man even said while I was picking up the car when I first got it, " I even had our female mechanic look at it for you." Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I want a woman looking at my car. I don't care who works on my car so long as everything is secured. Take your money elsewhere. Don't bother with them. More
