Took my CRV for service - car was bought at Ray Laks so qualifies for VIP service - this made no difference to getting an appointment, waited over 2 weeks and got same appointment I could have picked mysel qualifies for VIP service - this made no difference to getting an appointment, waited over 2 weeks and got same appointment I could have picked myself. Supposed to get external car wash too - this didn’t happen. Guess VIP is just a sales trick. My low air pressure light has now come on - maybe a coincidence More
