Being able to set up my appointment via text was nice. I arrived about 25 minutes early and I could see that the service advisor was quite busy. He greeted me nicely and ask if I would mind waiting in th I arrived about 25 minutes early and I could see that the service advisor was quite busy. He greeted me nicely and ask if I would mind waiting in the waiting room for a couple of minutes,then he would come and get me. I was happy to wait since the waiting room at Ray Laks is always clean and there's usually some snacks. He asked me to step up to the service desk within about 5-6 minutes. We took care of the paperwork and he said it should be finished in about an hour to hour and a half. I knew the tailgate wiring harness takes around an hour or so to replace,so I was happy with the estimate of time. I'm not sure how long I waited for my Ridgeline, but I didn't think it longer than the estimated time. My service advisor, James Coric, was very amicable and professional. This is the 2nd time I brought my truck in when he was the service advisor. Both times were very positive interactions. I believe he sets the bar pretty high for your organization. The next time I will be scheduling my vehicle will be for an oil change. Hopefully I have James Coric as my service advisor again. More

I had time to kill so I arrived about 90 minutes before my appointment and brought a book to read. I visited the new car sales area just to browse.
