The GM recall and replacement of them in November of 2015 and the failure to notify the consumer of a November 2016 GM dealer notification to recalibrate the computer settings created an out of pocket expense that should have not occurred to a life long GM owner for the last 49 years. This was definitely not caused by misuse by the consumer as outlined by other service personnel. More

I called the dealership, and they gave me the number for Buick roadside service. The agent was there and my tire was repaired in 20 minutes! While I was waiting, I called the service department and spoke with Donnell Reymond. I asked if they would be able to fix the tire that night and give me a loaner so I could go back the next morning and get my car. Donnell suggested that I drop off the damaged tire so it could be fixed and go home on my donut/spare tire, and come back in the morning to have it put back on my car. He called me the next morning when he said he would. He was courteous and polite, and the whole experience made me glad that I was able to work with such wonderful people! More
