MIke Bainbridge regularly texted me with progress and professionally took care of all issues. The vehicle looked and drove better than new when I picked it up on a Saturday. The foot activated sensor for the rear Lift gate is a bad/dangerous design. GMC should know better. I turned in my 2014 Cadillac CTS for this Acadia Denali due to QC issues and recalls. This has been my second trip to Laetham service for warranty issues. The Acadia is fairly new 3,600 miles and already has 2 recalls. I hope nothing else happens. Thank you Tom and Mike. More

There were many obstacles but Ray Laethem helped I brought my car in for some warranty work. There were some obstacles including a power outage. They made sure that I understood how all the features and options functioned. Some of them I was already familiar with, while some of the others I was not. They took the time to explain how to use the newer options. Very pleased with car so far, but a couple of the trial features were not active (Onstar and Wi Fi). After calling Onstar, those 2 issues were resolved in a couple days. I believe that because this vehicle was a Demo, that the allotted trial Wi Fi time and OnStar access had been exhausted. More
