John Dennison then talked to me about financing options and entered the financial info on computer.. Was then taken into office of a temporary finance manager who set up the paperwork. Rough estimate of time was approximately about 3 hours from test drive to signing papers, with 4 other people waiting before me. No pressures, no haggles, easy and efficient. When we entered the dealership today we checked in with customer service and then met with Sales Manager Charlie Vaccaro. He explained in detail and guided us through the entire buying experience from financing to getting us in the drivers seat of the car we wanted. Charlie was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question we asked in great detail. He made us feel comfortable and treated us as part of the Ray Dennison family. Sales Consultant David Dietrich also did an amazing job showing us all the features this great car had to offer. He assisted my wife getting her phone synced to the car, provided us with cold beverages while the finance manager prepared our paperwork, got the car detailed, and topped it off with a full tank of gas. Finance Manager Amit Mark conducted our loan closing on our 2019 Chevy Cruze and was very thorough explaining the paperwork. His attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. We were very impressed with Ray Dennison Chevrolet and plan to conduct future business with them! More

Overall Good Experience, it just took a long time Solid experience, but honestly nothing special. We were standing inside the show room and no one came up to ask if we needed help. We went to Craig King because he was at his desk and didn't appear to be with any other customer at the time. He was nice and did not put any pressure on us to buy. We had our mind made up as to which vehicle we wanted to buy so we took it on a test drive. From the time we got to the dealership to the time we left it took a little over 3 1/2 hours to complete the transaction. I do think that is a long time to spend when you go there with the vehicle in mind that you are going to buy. Price was the same as the advertised online price due to GM rebates.
