Checked in the service department at 7:15am for a scheduled oil change appointment, one hour and 30 minutes later I went to the service advisor’s desk to ask about the status of my truck. I was told scheduled oil change appointment, one hour and 30 minutes later I went to the service advisor’s desk to ask about the status of my truck. I was told that my clean truck was across the street getting washed, I looked past the advisor to see it parked next to the building. As it turned out another advisor had my work order and my key fob, apparently unaware that I was waiting. Poor service as usual. More
