I spent the day at ray chevy trying to decide if i wanted a cruz or mazda the entire time i was there i was treated BETTER then ive ever been at a car dealership my salesman JAY CONWAY was just wonderful ,th a cruz or mazda the entire time i was there i was treated BETTER then ive ever been at a car dealership my salesman JAY CONWAY was just wonderful ,there was no preasure and his product knowledge was just great.Jay talked to his manager Oliver to see if we could take the car for an extended test drive and we did .between Jay Conway and Oliver the new car manager we where just so impressed with the way we where treated .we didnt decide yet on the chevy or mazda but based on the way we where treated at RAY i think where alot closer to choosing a chevy thanks JAY More

Ray Chevrolet participates as a buying center for Auto Trader Trade In Marketplace. This is a service where you entered lots of detailed information about a car you want to sell or trade in. Auto trader Trader Trade In Marketplace. This is a service where you entered lots of detailed information about a car you want to sell or trade in. Auto trader then offer you a guaranteed price to sell you car to one of the buying centers. The car's condition must be consistent with your description. I sent my offer from Auto Trader to Ray Chevrolet and they said they would be happy to purchase my car. I set up an appointment and Jason Adler took about 15 minutes to assess the car. All of a sudden the used car manager (Eric I believe) pops up and starts telling me that they really have a hard time selling cars like mine even though there is nothing wrong with my car. He then offers me $5k less than the guaranteed price! Needless to say, I couldn't get out of there fast enough but he asked me to please wait a couple of minutes and he would talk to the owner. He then come back and offers me $1500 less. At that point, I was disgusted. This was just a ploy by Ray Chevrolet and Auto Trade In Marketplace to get me to drive all the way out there. Once there, I was subject to the same low balling and haggling that I wanted to avoid by going through this service. The only factor that I rate highly for Ray Chevy is friendliness because they were very polite and friendly as they tried to rip me off. Wasted a half day of vacation from work and a quarter tank of gas to fall for this ploy. More

We did a lot of research on Suburban’s online in our area and decided to go to Ray Chevrolet to look at the 2003 Suburban that they had listed. We stopped and looked at several Suburban’s and Tahoe’s on the way down. We found a couple that we liked and compared them to the one at Ray Chevrolet. The price that they listed was typical of the Suburban’s that we saw. Jay Conway was the main reason that we decided to go with the one at Ray Chevrolet. He and the service department went out of their way to make sure that the used truck that we bought was as close to new condition that they could get it. Jay is very friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy with our purchase and would go back in the future. More

Quick responses, friendly people, and good pricing are great assets to a dealership, but Ray Chevy takes it to another level. I did my homework prior to the visit so I was a pretty easy sale.
