He was able to communicate and negotiate a price for me. Since I live in WI, I had a 2.5 hour drive to pick up the car. I was able to stay in touch through text with a dealer, who was very flexible with my schedule on when I was able to pick up the car. I really appreciated this since I am new to the area and had a difficult time trying to secure a ride. When I arrived I was greeted and helped very quickly. The whole process took about two hours, but that was fairly expected. When I did leave the lot with my new car, a friend ahead of me quickly realized a headlight was out.. We drove back to the dealership, but because it was already after hours my salesman had left. We were quickly helped by another worker who apologized and got us a loaner car to use until the headlight could be replaced the following day. This wouldn't be that big of a deal, but because I live 2.5 hours away, it was very inconvenient and frustrating, The staff was very apologetic and helpful though, which I greatly appreciated. If it wasn't for the burnout headlight the experience would have been fantastic. Overall, my experience with Ray's was great, and I quickly saw why they were ranked so highly in customer experience. I would certainly recommend Ray's to anyone looking to buy a used or new car. I am very please with the value and price of my used car and the amenities that come with it. (certified used, warrently, 3 mos of OnStar/XM) I'm very anxious to go and pick up my car with the new headlight, I just wish I didn't have to make another 5 hr trip! More

Visit #2 in 2 days Stopped back in to the dealership to drop off some paperwork that we had forgotten when we purchased our vehicle. Adam spotted me right away and asked how our new Traverse was working out and if I had any questions or concerns about it. While I was there, he asked Ray Jr from the Tech Team to come out and go through the Infotainment system with me and to get my OnStar App all set up on my cell phone. Just as our experience had been on Saturday, this visit was equally as good. Turns out Ray and I went to the same high school (Go Canes!), we shared some stories and had some laughs! In a time when it appears that customer service is rapidly going by the wayside to make room for productivity, it was so refreshing to do business with people who actually treat you like a person. Thank you to Adam, Ray Jr and the management at Ray Chevrolet who make customer service a priority. More
