Visit #2 in 2 days Stopped back in to the dealership to drop off some paperwork that we had forgotten when we purchased our vehicle. Adam spotted me right away and asked how our new Traverse was working out and if I had any questions or concerns about it. While I was there, he asked Ray Jr from the Tech Team to come out and go through the Infotainment system with me and to get my OnStar App all set up on my cell phone. Just as our experience had been on Saturday, this visit was equally as good. Turns out Ray and I went to the same high school (Go Canes!), we shared some stories and had some laughs! In a time when it appears that customer service is rapidly going by the wayside to make room for productivity, it was so refreshing to do business with people who actually treat you like a person. Thank you to Adam, Ray Jr and the management at Ray Chevrolet who make customer service a priority. More

Great Experience! We had been shopping for a larger SUV for a couple of weeks. I had been in contact with Alec Thatcher through email and he was very patient with us a We had been shopping for a larger SUV for a couple of weeks. I had been in contact with Alec Thatcher through email and he was very patient with us as we were "kicking tires". He checked in with me every day just to see how things were going with our research and if we had any questions at all about the Traverse. When we finally made it into Ray Chevrolet, they were the 3rd dealership we'd visited that day. The first two places we went (Kia and Hyundai), were a joke. They wanted to know who we were and how much we were willing to spend BEFORE we even told them what vehicle we were interested in. At Ray Chevrolet, we met with Adam Frandsen and the first thing he wanted to know outside of our first names, was what vehicle we were interested in seeing (Traverse). He took us to where they were, grabbed the keys for the one we wanted to drive and we were off! Before getting into the vehicle, he went through all of the standard features, the options available and the safety features. He was very knowledgeable about how the entire vehicle worked (the previous two places didn't even know how to move the middle row seat to access the third row seats...really?!) We found the exact Traverse we wanted, drove back to the shop, and while we were working numbers, Adam had a porter bring the Traverse of our dreams to the store to get all cleaned up for us. Even though we stopped in REALLY late on a Saturday (20 minutes before closing), Adam and everyone else we met that afternoon were very courteous and did not rush us at all. We had a VERY good experience with Adam, Alec, Chris & David! We will definitely be back!! More

We told him what we were looking for in the Impala, and he went right to work finding us exactly what we wanted and checking in with us frequently. On Thursday July 24th he called my husband and there was a newly delivered 2015 with everything on it we had talked about and still in the wrapper. We met him as soon as possible that same day and made arrangements to finalize the purchase today, the car is perfect. Chris has a great sense of humor and and makes one feel very comfortable and free to ask any and all questions. It has been almost 35 yrs since I had a new car (many gently used in between) and this new Impala was sure worth the wait. I will gladly recommend Ray Chevrolet and Chris Kahlmorgan when I have the chance. More

The sales person, George Zakrzewski was not only friendly, but extremely knowlegeable about the vehicle we purchased. Additionally, he provided a tour of the dealership which included the service dept. and he thoroughly explained amenities offered to Ray customers. I'm a return customer of Ray Chevy as a result of a good first experience at the dealer. For the sake of the dealership I hope all of the sales staff are as good as George.
