I asked them to reset my service light. I was told being that I didnt get service with them (a 4180.00) oil change, they would not reset my light. I guess I would be held hostage to their outragous service that I didnt get service with them (a 4180.00) oil change, they would not reset my light. I guess I would be held hostage to their outragous service prices in order to get the light reset in my car (which takes no more then 20 secs). Its the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. when I told the service guy I do my own service (oil change, new tires, brakes etc...) he seemed upset. Why should we, the consumer , pay them triple, when we could get it done CHEAPER??? All that and they wouldnt reset my service light... what a joke.. I have referred several customers their in the past and I will no longer do so. That light just cost them THOUSANDS in new car sales!! More

This purchased ruiend my birthday there were lights on for several codes after being given the run around about the trans sensor and evaporator leak i finally decided to take it to MERCEDES BENZ OF FREEHOLD !!!!!!! They got it right on the first time. My service person was Bill Kause and God Bless my mechanic. Although it had to go back three separate times it was for three separate things. Finally after my July 7th, 2011 purchase. August 7th 2011 has been the first week I have driven the car and it has been no lights. This place I cannot say enough good things about them. They were honest and friendly even when I was losing patients because I was tired of lights being on and the person i bought it from had refused to give me my money back. I would take my car here for minor to major. FYI please turn car off when getting gas this will make your service engine light come on. lol !!!!! Maraj- More
I had purchased a 2006 Mercedes from another state. The car had a plastic odor about it and after trying several remedies unsucessfully, I sought help from David Mandeville at Mercedes Benz of Freehold. I had, in the past, purchased a new WMercedes from this dealership and had good results. Within 24 hours the problem was attended to and I was driving home. David Mandeville was extremely attentive and curtious and made me feel as if I were his only customer. Because of him and his work ethic I wouldn't dream of purchasing another Mercedes-new or used-from any other dealership. Every person I came in contact with was top-notch. David is my new service manager for my E550. Dennis used to be and he was great - but he is gone, so I now have David. That said, Dave quickly helped me with my service request on the first visit and had me to be and he was great - but he is gone, so I now have David. Kudos to him and all is well. Will definetely return to see GM for a lease in 2012. More

I brought my car in to have the key fixed. Jay Nix the service manager dealt with me personally. In 5 minutes, the key was fixed and I was on my way. Jay Nix is fantastic. This is the best MB dealer for service in NJ. I visited a lot of MB places and they couldn't fix even small issues on my 08 c300. Had my MB serviced by them many times. It was always easy to secure appointment and they always get my car back in reasonable time. Dropped my S550 off for scheduled service, new Brakes, the previous day and cannot get an answer from anyone to see if the car is ready for pickup. I was disconnected twice, put on hold 4 times with the the previous day and cannot get an answer from anyone to see if the car is ready for pickup. I was disconnected twice, put on hold 4 times with the response someone will get back to you in 15 mins (3 hours ago), called back and got two live voices, the first as frustrated as me, couldn't get anyone fron service to pick up and the second said I will go find out and call you right back. Still waiting for the call and NO car! Service is terrible. I will not be back to have my car serviced or to purchase from this dealer.! Larry Long More
