The reason for purchasing from this dealership is the excellent service. Dondi Pollera runs the best service I have ever experienced. I have bought many cars (all different brands) but will always buy a Mercedes as long as Dondi is the one I deal with. You will not understand honest service until you deal with Dondi & staff. Mr. Dondi Pollera, (Service Manager at Freehold Mercedes) im no longer happy with this dealership and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I have a 2010 s550 that had a suspension problem that Freehold Mercedes fixed in a day , I was give Mercedes Dealership in New Jersey and East Coast. I have a 2010 s550 that had a suspension problem that Freehold Mercedes fixed in a day , I was given a loaner even tho I didn't buy my mercedes from them . They're great . OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Mercedes Roadside Assistance brought me to Mercedes-Benz of Freehold after my fuel pump failed on one of our fleet cars. When I arrived at the service entrance I was greeted immediately me to Mercedes-Benz of Freehold after my fuel pump failed on one of our fleet cars. When I arrived at the service entrance I was greeted immediately by the service manager Dondi Pollera who told me he would get the car into a service bay right away so they could diagnose the problem. He then brought me inside and introduced me to Mary Sabine. From the stack of awards on her desk I knew Mary was going to take good care of me. You can be sure that she delivered! We completed the induction paperwork and she escorted me upstairs to the customer lounge. It was beautifully appointed and peaceful - a great place to relax or catch up on work. The dealership provided a complimentary luncheon. Mary communicated with me regularly during my stay - my car was quickly diagnosed and repaired, the technician even fixed a couple of things he noticed while inspecting the vehicle. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Dondi and Mary took a disastrous beginning of my day and turned it into an enjoyable and productive experience. They really know what they are doing - they really understand service! You can be sure I will return and I will be buying my next Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Freehold. More

We dropped our 2008 Mercedes off the evening prior to it being serviced. The overnight drop box was convenient and we had no problem locating the envelope to fill out, as well as a pen to write with. The area was well lit and we did not feel uneasy about leaving the car. I might add... we never made an appointment ahead of time. We happened to be in the area and decided it was best to have the car serviced (tire problem). I had intended to call the dealership the next morning, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call from Mary first thing in the a.m. with a diagnosis and cost for repairs. Mary was very nice to speak with on the phone, and she was knowledgeable about the repairs that were needed. The completion time for the repair was first rate. The car was ready in just a few hours and when we arrived to pick up the car, it had been washed complimentary. Mercedes Benz of Freehold went over and above servicing this vehicle, when they could have made us wait without scheduling the appointment ahead of time. I would have liked to discuss a few issues I have with my car with a service manager, but there was a meeting in progress and no one was available, but no problem, I can discuss at a later time. I felt that my vehicle was expertly serviced and would recommend this dealership over any other. Thank You for your help! More
This dealer has terrible business ethics. The service dept does not care for customers. They are rude, calls do not get returned, days pass without knowing what is the problem with my car, Service Man dept does not care for customers. They are rude, calls do not get returned, days pass without knowing what is the problem with my car, Service Managers get contacted and neither one of them take the time to reply to customers. They always try to push unnecessary service items like engine flush, coolant flush etc. Never seem to know when your car is covered by extended warranty. There goal is to bang out customers for service over and over! Google "Freehold Mercedes reviews" and you will see other sites all give poor reviews for this dealer. But somehow they get lots of great reviews on dealerrater. Pretty confident that the have someone managing there online reputation by posting good reviews. More

I asked them to reset my service light. I was told being that I didnt get service with them (a 4180.00) oil change, they would not reset my light. I guess I would be held hostage to their outragous service that I didnt get service with them (a 4180.00) oil change, they would not reset my light. I guess I would be held hostage to their outragous service prices in order to get the light reset in my car (which takes no more then 20 secs). Its the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. when I told the service guy I do my own service (oil change, new tires, brakes etc...) he seemed upset. Why should we, the consumer , pay them triple, when we could get it done CHEAPER??? All that and they wouldnt reset my service light... what a joke.. I have referred several customers their in the past and I will no longer do so. That light just cost them THOUSANDS in new car sales!! More
