I've had many new cars over the years, of all makes and various levels of models. The ease and speed of making a service appointment at MB of Freehold is just the tip of the iceberg. From drop-off through various levels of models. The ease and speed of making a service appointment at MB of Freehold is just the tip of the iceberg. From drop-off through pickup and then again on post service follow-up, everyone - from the GM all the way down to the folks that wash the vehicle, are friendly, courtious and genuinly concerned with my satisfaction - and they do fantastic work too. And the fact that I didn't buy the car from them (I relocated it from Florida) played no role in their level of service. It was top notch regardless. I only wish that they owned a dealership of my other make vehicle, they are the best and the only place I would ever bring my Mercedes. Thanks to all of you at Mercedes Benz of Freehold. More
