beginning about 14 months ago I set out to purchase a new car. I had no specific make/model chosen but wandered into the MB dealer and was shown that much to my surprise I could actually afford one! Frank educated me and patiently endured (without pushing a sale) my over a year long hunt for a car. I must use the following words to describe Frank; enduring (as i called and stopped in frequently without promise of a realistic sale), understanding (he sat with me as i cried over trading in my Ford Excusion of which was passed down via my deceased father)explanatory and thorough (the process of proving to me that MB can be for everyone, I bought a CPO ML 350)and let's not forget: happy. The guy is happy. Not as happy as Joe, the general manger...now that guy is so happy and joyful you actually get a tad freaked out. But the more I walked around, the more I saw happy people. Scott, the guy in finance...happy. He number crunches all day, yet still happy. Don, a second salesman who actually test drove many cars with me even though he knew I was Franks customer (they really don't make you feel like your are a SALE) and do not worry about getting thirsty, they follow you around with water bottles, never mind the killer customer lounge. I obtained a loaner car in the middle of my sale in order to make it to the kids' bus stop. (Loved that ride too)I got the tour and met all of the service people, even the guy who detailed my car. I had a very "happy" buying experience. I highly recommend Frank specifically. More
Paul worked with me for 5 hours on Saturday buying a lowly C-class Benz. Although he probably made nothing on the deal he treated me as if I was buying a McLaren. The older I get the pickier I get. The folks at Mercedes Benz of Freehold are the best I have ever seen. They are all about what counts most, quality cars, and honest information. Most dealerships talk about their customers being the loyal ones. This dealership is loyal to its customers. They don't forget who you are, whether you buy one car or a dozen. They do everything they can to get you into the car that is best for you. Once found, they do everything in their power to get the deal done. I mean everything, from setting the right price to financing or leasing; another words "soup to nuts". The finance man, Phil, is the best of the best. The experience of buying or leasing your car just doesn't stop there. Their follow up and service department is top knotch. If it isn't 100%, they will make it so, quickly and quietly. That's what I like. You won't get a "run around" or "excuses". Their sales staff is very professional, the gentleman I worked with more than once, Gary, is knowledgeable, hard working and honest as they come. When it comes to service, you are greeted with a big smile from Wayne, who delivers your car to the service area as if it was his own. Then the entire service department is made up of great service professionals that get the job done, quickly and right. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More
Dropped my S550 off for scheduled service, new Brakes, the previous day and cannot get an answer from anyone to see if the car is ready for pickup. I was disconnected twice, put on hold 4 times with the the previous day and cannot get an answer from anyone to see if the car is ready for pickup. I was disconnected twice, put on hold 4 times with the response someone will get back to you in 15 mins (3 hours ago), called back and got two live voices, the first as frustrated as me, couldn't get anyone fron service to pick up and the second said I will go find out and call you right back. Still waiting for the call and NO car! Service is terrible. I will not be back to have my car serviced or to purchase from this dealer.! Larry Long More

I recently purchased a new GL 320 SUV, and after a week the check engine light went on. Mercedes Benz stood by their car and wouldnt stop until they fount out what was wrong with it. There was an engine clog and it was a tricky fix but they ordered me a whole new car, threw in the keyless go system and the rear seat climate control and rear heated seats.! Thanks Guys.. Since I am very analytical in my job, it would follow that I would scrutinize and go through proper due diligence when selecting a skilled car salesmen to handle this important purchase. I wasn't about to settle for anything but the best work and I knew I wanted a top notch, experienced professional. I researched the entire US and Canada by reading various websites and from there gathered a short list of dealers. I made phone calls and ended up visiting 3 sites in the NJ and one in NYC.
