Wonderful place to take your car. I dont think that there are enough words to express my gratitude to this dealer. I had purchased a used 1997 e 420 from Union Auto in Hazlet(don't buy from this dealer) for are enough words to express my gratitude to this dealer. I had purchased a used 1997 e 420 from Union Auto in Hazlet(don't buy from this dealer) for my birthday. This purchased ruiend my birthday there were lights on for several codes after being given the run around about the trans sensor and evaporator leak i finally decided to take it to MERCEDES BENZ OF FREEHOLD !!!!!!! They got it right on the first time. My service person was Bill Kause and God Bless my mechanic. Although it had to go back three separate times it was for three separate things. Finally after my July 7th, 2011 purchase. August 7th 2011 has been the first week I have driven the car and it has been no lights. This place I cannot say enough good things about them. They were honest and friendly even when I was losing patients because I was tired of lights being on and the person i bought it from had refused to give me my money back. I would take my car here for minor to major. FYI please turn car off when getting gas this will make your service engine light come on. lol !!!!! Maraj- More

I had purchased a 2006 Mercedes from another state. The car had a plastic odor about it and after trying several remedies unsucessfully, I sought help from David Mandeville at Mercedes Benz of Freehold. I had, in the past, purchased a new WMercedes from this dealership and had good results. Within 24 hours the problem was attended to and I was driving home. David Mandeville was extremely attentive and curtious and made me feel as if I were his only customer. Because of him and his work ethic I wouldn't dream of purchasing another Mercedes-new or used-from any other dealership. Every person I came in contact with was top-notch. John Finley made the whole experience of buying a car absolutely fantastic. We had been searching for our dream car at an affordable price for several months. We researched many different cars and visited a number of dealerships. I was extremely confused and had almost given up hope of ever finding the perfect vehicle for us. I met John by some stroke of luck when I gave my friend a ride to Mercedes of Freehold . He was totally amazing. I told him what I needed and what I could afford with two kids in college. The very next week he found me "the car" . The car he found exceeded my expectations. I am so happy! He took the time to answer all our questions and did not rush us . He treated us first class. Everyone was great there. Bill the financial guy was also the best. We love you Mercedes of Freehold.!!!!!! We would definitely recommend John to everyone needing a car and will definitely buy another Mercedes. More

He explained all the key points of each car we expressed interest in, from the condition of the tires to financing rates to the warrranty involved. He welcomed us to test drive any of the vehicles we liked. He was personable, professional, and made my husband and I feel comfortable. We're from Jersey and often visit the Freehold area,and since my husband had expressed an interest in a used Mercedes-Benz, we dropped in on the Freehold Dealership. We didn't express such courteous service towards a couple from New York who only wanted to look at used cars. Thank you very much! More

David is my new service manager for my E550. Dennis used to be and he was great - but he is gone, so I now have David. That said, Dave quickly helped me with my service request on the first visit and had me to be and he was great - but he is gone, so I now have David. That said, Dave quickly helped me with my service request on the first visit and had me in for a 2nd visit for warranty work. He did this all and took care of me with updates. Kudos to him and all is well. Will definetely return to see GM for a lease in 2012. More

My Wife and I have been faithful Lexus Drivers for years. Due to a bad experience at Lexus of Freehold, we decided explore other options. Like most people, we always dreamed of driving a Mercedes-Benz but Due to a bad experience at Lexus of Freehold, we decided explore other options. Like most people, we always dreamed of driving a Mercedes-Benz but assumed that they were too expensive. Nevertheless, we agreed to consider a Mercedes-Benz as long as it was within reason. It was late in the day and the showroom was filled with customers. Every salesman was engaged with a customer, but the General Manager (Mr. Santiago) took it upon himself to help us. He later introduced us to a salesman named Richard who briefly took down our contact information and access our needs. We agreed to come back the following week to test drive a C-Class and hopefully be able to afford one. The following week we made the time to stop by after work, but Richard was not available. The Salesman at the front desk (Abeth Vincent) reassured us that he would cater to our needs. We quickly realized that the title car salesman no longer applied, surprisingly, at Mercedes-Benz of Freehold they are titled Client Advisors. That title would be during our interaction with Abeth. He took us on an amazing test drive and explained in detail the differences between the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sport and the Luxury Edition. He introduced us to the concept of leasing (Something that we never considered) and was nice enough to present both Leasing and Financing options to us. That day, we were able to work out a good deal and realized that we were wrong to assume that a Mercedes-Benz was so far out of reach. Aside from being treated with respect, we were never pressured into making a decision right away. We felt that the gentlemen at Mercedes-Benz of Freehold take great pride in their work. The following day, we came in to sign the final paperwork and was treated to a wonderful Customer's Appreciation Dinner. Our overall experience was truly amazing. Everyone at the dealership was kind and willing to help us. Now I see why they were so busy that first night, lol. More importantly, even with all of that traffic, they manage to make us feel important. For someone who commutes to NYC for work, I know all about being treated like a number. To us, the relationship is much more important than receiving a good deal. I am not sure how, but these guys managed to get it right. We love our new 2011 Mercedes-Benz C 300 4 Matic. We recommend Abeth and this dealership to anyone who's looking to get it right the first time! More
