Although my experience wasn't great, I know others that dealt with better sales people and had good experiences. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted ready to buy and was told that there were no white dealt with better sales people and had good experiences. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted ready to buy and was told that there were no white ML350 on the east coast and it would cost me $2500 to have one shipped from California. When I asked about a diesel engine I was told that I wouldn't like the way the car drove...how would the salesperson know what I like? He didn't have any so he talked he down. I ended up going up the road to Ray Catena who had 4 white ML's in the showroom and gave me a terrific price More

Going from lexus to Freehold mercedes was like going from the Ritz Carlton to a short stay motel. The dealeship thrives on lies ans deceitful tatics. I felt like I was dealing with a used car slaesman from the 60's. Absolutely disgusting.Not only was the service terrible then they tried to charge me $1,000.00 more than Ray Catena. I had to call Mercedes Customer Care to resove the problem. Even the cashiers and receptionist are rude. More
I spent days with salesperson John Finley and finally picked a used car but Robert would not come out of his office to deal with me. I asked before I even started looking at used cars that the car be Mer picked a used car but Robert would not come out of his office to deal with me. I asked before I even started looking at used cars that the car be Mercedes certified. After 3 more days of going over prices with John we reached a deal. As the car was being prepped, Robert came in and said that the car could not be Mercedes certified! Are you kidding? He said it would cost him too much money!! I left. I won't ever go back. He called me early on Monday morning to tell me that the car was sold because he didn't wanted me to drive that far for nothing.He offered me other alternatives but I wasn't interested in any other vehicle.How many times have you read on the web of dealers making folks drive miles upon miles when teh car is already sold.
