She quickly verfied my information and worked to get the vehicle I had choosen. Chantel answered all of my questions in a pleasant manner and offered to take me on a test drive. This being the first time I owned a MB. During the ride she answered any and all questions i had about the vehicle. After a few days she called me to ask if I had any questions about the car and how I liked it. I found this to be amazing because i didn't expect to hear from her again. I purchased a 2006 Lincoln Navigator, on 27 Aug. and have not recieved my plates and registration, as of 24 Sept.. I have called at least 20 times to find out what the hold up is. To the best of my knowledge, what I have gotten as an answer, is, the title for the truck was not signed by the previous owner. I am waiting since the 15th of Sept. when my temporary plates expired. They will not authorize a rental car for me, or offer any form of compensation for my inconvenience, over the last 9 days. More
