He not only helped us with choosing the right car for us but was very patient when we were choosing the color combination and if we wanted possible. He was very friendly and we truly feel like we got great deals with the cars that we purchased from him. Every time we walk into the dealership he comes and says hello and makes sure everything is alright and always offers us to get food from the kitchen outside. What is also great about Paul is that he always gives us plenty of options weather its the car options and colors or with the type of payment, weather we will finance the car or lease it and gives us many term options. I recommend Paul to anyone that is trying to get a Mercedes-Benz for the very first time because he is very friendly. More

Sal gave us a very warm greeting and ensured us that he was there to help us in our purchase with no pressure or games. One comment he made to us was that he lived locally and many of his friends and neighbors were customers and his integrity was everything as he often runs into his customers outside of work. This seemed to be the sediment of their entire staff and more importantly, the management. I cannot say enough about Sal and the entire sales management team at Mercedes of Freehold. I was very impressed with the level of friendly customer service at Mercedes Benz of Freehold, NJ. My sales rep Paul not only took the time to show me a couple of SUVs at 8 o'clock at night, when I arrived service at Mercedes Benz of Freehold, NJ. In the two days following, Paul emailed a few other SUV choices to help me make the most informed and best possible selection, even answered all of my service cost related questions too, even the ones he did not know the answers to, he followed up with ever last one. The following Sat. I purchased the Black on Black ML350 :) they had it all ready when I arrived Sat. morning, as promised, and had me in\out and done with the paper work quickly, effiently and informatively as they did through out the entier process.
