There was a problem with the vehicle that sales promised to take care of, so when the problem was in the process of being fixed I was juggled between different dealerships, the process was not fully explain to take care of, so when the problem was in the process of being fixed I was juggled between different dealerships, the process was not fully explained to me, I had to pay money out of my own pocket to get a problem fixed that was promised by sales that it would be taken care of. Sales did say they would reimburse me for the amount that I put out of pocket but it has been over three months and I have yet to see any check, even though upon contact I am told it has been processed and sent out. Beside this fact once the vehicle was sold and they got what they wanted it seemed as if they did not care what so ever about us anymore. I bought two vehicles on the same day and the second I tried to get back into contact with them the next day to try and resolve my issue, all I got was a middle man running back and forth between me and the used car manager, he was extremely rude in the fact that he did not finish business face to face, and any time I would try and talk to him directly he would completely ignore me. I planned on referring a few people to this location, because during the sales process I was very pleased, but like I said once it came to the point where promises had to be kept I received the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life, for such a high end dealership you would think they would take care of their customers, but it was quite the contrary. Now I know you might see that I bought a Nissan from this dealership, and you might think that why should they care about a Nissan, but regardless they sold me the vehicle they should steer me in the right direction the proper way, and treat me like anyone else, keeping their promise. I would also like to add that the second vehicle I had bought was a mercedes, and promises where also made while in the sales process for this vehicle, and again it has been three months of back and forth. So now this just proves that they treat even customers who buy their product with disrespect and attitude. More

Lee, Want to follow up on a conversation I just had with jack. The car was delivered at 6:45 yesterday morning. The delivery guy pulled it in my garage. I walked around it with him for the inspection report and he showed me the dents, scratches and chipped windshield that was not disclosed to me or noted on the CPO report. I then left for work without looking at the car anymore. When I got home yesterday evening I got in the car and the smoke odor will knock you down. There is no way this car could have passed the CPO inspection. On the CPO report the box is checked "OK Passed" for odors in the interior. This also was not disclosed to me. I had a specific conversation with Jack before I agreed to purchase. I said please drive the car and then walk around it and tell me of any issues. I have never purchased a car over the phone and would never would if it was not a CPO. Jack called me back later and said it all checks out great, beautiful car. There were many opportunities to disclose this to me and you all chose not to. Not to mention the errors on the CPO report. My question is what else was checked off of but is not up to standards. I could maybe live with the few exterior issues but there is NO WAY I can accept this car with the smoke odor. I would never expect this from a luxury Mercedes dealer. Based on the above info I want my money returned due to the non discloser and fraud committed on the CPO report. Not to mention you moral obligation to disclose this to me. My wife is allergic to smoke and there is no way either one of us are going to ride in this car, the smell is horrific. They did agree to take the car back but they failed to reimburse my total cost. it took them 30 days to return my money which i paid intrest on and they did not give that to me. I had a fedex fee and a wire fee and I did not get that either. so I'm out $300 not to meantion the constant time invested for that 30 days to get them to follow thru. This dealer has a "F" rating with the BBB, to bad i did not check this out first. leson learned. The resson why I gave them the bad rating is they are not honest people and they still owe me money. They refused to get the dealership manager on the phone and I informed them I would be writing a poor review. At this point Barry threatened me and told me that if I wrote a bad review they would write dozens of false reviews about my company and make my life a living xxxx. These guys are terrible!!! More
After my experience at Mercedes Benz of Freehold I can definitely say that they go the extra mile at this dealership. Chantal, one of their client advisers, was with me every step of the way and really m definitely say that they go the extra mile at this dealership. Chantal, one of their client advisers, was with me every step of the way and really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Right from the moment I arrived you could tell how professionally run this dealership was how they make sure the customer's needs always come first. The General Manager Frank Mastrovito even checked in on us and made sure everything ran smoothly for us and that I was completely satisfied with my experience there. Once it was time to do the financing Barry was very helpful and made sure every was well explained and clear. I would definitely go to Mercedes Benz of Freehold again and highly recommend it. More

The reason I gave a great review today would be because of the kindness I received from Chantal Michaud. For starters Chantal met me at the front door to greet me (Professional). Since I am already a nervous person by nature, it was very comforting. Now I was not an original lessee of Freehold Mercedes (I was at Ray Catena). I met Chantal at the free dinner and giveaway several months ago. That night she told me about all the wonderful cars that are arriving in 2013. Chantal would follow up with me by email which any real professional sales agent of Mercedes Benz should do. The day I leased the car Chantal tended to my needs which is nice after tending to my clients needs all week. I had prior engagements made before leasing the car and was on a time frame. As your well aware leasing a car takes a great deal of time and patience. Chantal focused the entire time from start to finish and was extremely efficient. When I organically arrived 3 hours prior, I noticed that Chantal's lunch did also. Now that salad went uneaten on her desk the entire 2 hours I was there (on another note I ate twice thank you for the sandwich). Hard work pays off. I was never pressured, given time to think, and she continuely followed up with me to ensure all my options were on the table. When I finally decided she kept me up to date with through the entire process. She even took the time to take pictures of my wife and I when our Mercedes was delivered to us.
