Mr. Dondi Pollera told me on Friday to come in on Monday and he would replace my battery. For the 3 hours I wasted at Freehold Mercedes Mr. Dondi was on a test drive!!! Test drive for 3 hours really!!! I was left in the hands of Mr. Holden who did nothing for me but waste my time! He saw I was there with my family and kids and should have got me in and out and did something not nothing!!!

I just made a complaint to Mercedes Benz USA Corporate Office on my dealings with Mr. Dan Holden today. I want resolution of a Brand New 2014 dated battery installed in my vehicle and a new fuse box cover since clips fell off the one under the hood. This place has gone down hill since the new GM Took over. Wish Frank was still here because i could have called him on his cell phone!

Mr. Dan Holden also did not have my becker map pilot problem fixed. When i hit a bump the becker map pilot navigation turns off and on. There is a problem with the bracket it is sitting in, in glove box. This clown should be fired and replaced with someone who cares about their customers. I am calling corporate again tomorrow to make another complaint against him.

Thank you Mr. Dan Holden for wasting 3 hours of my day and not fixing any of the three problems i brought my car there for today. Not one problem was fixed.

Spoke to Jerell from Mercedes Benz Corp and he is just as useless as Freehold Mercedes. Freehold Mercedes is trying to blame the battery problem on my aftet market professionally installed Hid lights. Funny these hid lights use only 35 watts vs the 55 watts the regular holagen lights use. This is just a fluff of an an excuse for the incompetent service i received. The customer always wins and this is my last Mercedes I will ever buy. Freehold alreallly lost me a customer and seeing how corporate is just as useless i will boycott the entire mercedes benz brand!
