Best ever Car Purchase Experience I and my husband were planning to go and see some preowned Toyota Avalons at a Dealership but drove to Ray Catena Mercedes dealership just to see what I and my husband were planning to go and see some preowned Toyota Avalons at a Dealership but drove to Ray Catena Mercedes dealership just to see what they have available, as this dealership happened to be on the way to the Toyota dealership. Jessica Moreno, the salesperson, went over the whole preowned E-350's available. We zeroed in on the 2016 ones. Went for a test drive. Really liked the car but had done no research on the market prices or reviews of the car and told Jessica so. She asked to make an offer with trade in of our 2014 Avalon. We were not ready to make an offer. Jessica did not persist (a surprise!) and understood our concerns. We were so impressed by the car and the saleslady that we abandoned our search for an Avalon. Next day did some research and called Jessica and made an offer and after a back and forth, settled on a price little higher than what we were expecting to pay. We are owners of this car because of Jessica, who single handidly dispelled the disrepute with which "used car salesmen" are associated. I hope the dealership recognizes a salesperson as good and decent as Jessica. Dillon from service department took his time to explain all the functions of the car and its operation. More
