It is a given that a Porsche enthusiast will walk into the showroom with sufficient product knowledge. So I believe the one thing that separates a Porsche sale vs no sale is the customer experience. Not to take anything away from Michael's product knowledge(which he obviously had), He was very cordial, and gave us sensible recommendations. He ordered me exactly what I wanted, was able to schedule a time consistent with our arrival at the airport and picked up my wife and I, numerous suitcases and two puppies who had been squashed under our seats on the flight. Talk about a once in a car buyer’s experience, they brought a Mercedes truck Limo with full bathroom, plasma TV and enough space for all of us and the pups. John took care of everything and our pickup from the airport was as smooth as making the deal itself.
