He took me on multiple test drives till I found the right vehicle. He has a good sense of humor and laid back personality which made him fun to be around. He made good recommendations to help me short list the right car. He was patient throughout the process. He answered all my questions and did his best to ensure I had a good experience. Later, I was introduced to the GM Joe Germino. He spent time going over the final details. He fined tuned the deal we had made to make it even better.
