DO NOT BRING YOUR PORSCHE FOR RECALLS IF PURCHASED ELSEWHERE I booked online to have my Porsche serviced for 2 recalls .  I called and confirmed twice and to inquire about a loaner. The phone reps advised they w I booked online to have my Porsche serviced for 2 recalls .  I called and confirmed twice and to inquire about a loaner. The phone reps advised they would be available. Upon my arrival,the service rep advised I was not eligible for a loaner because I did not purchase from them! This should have been made clear from the start! I wasted my morning getting there and being late for work without anything being  accomplished.  The rep did not seem even a bit sympathetic and merely stated - it was Company Policy. If that were true- it should be on their website or perhaps, the phone reps should be better informed . I was told the recalls would be time consuming and would take more than a day. Did he presume I would have trashed the loaner car had I been entitled to one ??? I've used Ray Catena Infiniti for services and repairs in the past and never had an issue , and no- I did not buy from them. I felt very disrespected by this dealership. It's  a Porsche recall , and it really is a safety issue and an inconvenience to the buyer.  To add insult to injury, when they brought my car back to me a few minutes later , they drove it with the parking brake on!  More

Great Service as always! I went to Ray Catena for a yearly maintenance service for my 2007 Porsche Boxter S , and as always I was very pleased with how everything went.
