DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE ON YOU PORSCHE! This dealership opened recently & I was delighted being that I'm a Porsche owner & have a house nearby. This place has been nothing but a complete letdown! I asked them to install some OEM Porsche parts on my vehicle & they gave me a hard time as they said they only did "repair" work & that the manager wouldn't allow it?? Huh? Made no sense to me as I have had all kinds of work done previously by Porsche Monmouth & never once was I told they wouldn't change a part or not perform work on my car for me. Last week I chatted them to schedule service as the car was due for yearly maintenance & they told me they would have someone call me. Well that never happened. If this place can't get the easy things right do you expect that they are really going to get it right with your Porsche?? I'm not willing to take the chance & I recommend you don't either. I have no allegiance to Porsche in West Long Branch but for sure I will drive the extra 45 minutes & bring my car to Porsche Monmouth. Ray Catena get your act together! More
