All personnel that we came in contact with at the dealership were very friendly and professional (i.e., Anthony Marino and Dan Zaccagnino). This is especially true of my mother's Sales Consultant, Mr. Michael Barone. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, Michael made us feel comfortable and exclusive as if there were no other people in the building. Micheal was very friendly. He was also knowledgeable and keen about the Lexus product. He was courteous and driven to help us, but never pushy. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to get the right car to fit my mom's specific and overall needs. We saw Michael over the course of 2 days and we really enjoyed interfacing with him because he has a great sense of humor which is very contagious and fun! We love his personality. He integrated humor with his managerial duties to make our experience a great one. my new lease with Ray Catena Lexus WP i had the pleasure of meeting and working with Silvia Daniels at the White Plains Lexus sales office on Saturday. i came in to discuss the invite to i had the pleasure of meeting and working with Silvia Daniels at the White Plains Lexus sales office on Saturday. i came in to discuss the invite to end on lease on my 2015 RX350 earlier than April. i was curious to understand more as i had letters and emails from Larchmont Lexus where i had leased for a few years. turns out my former sales person was no longer at Larchmont. i spoke with Silvia over the phone on Saturday morning and made an appointment to meet and review this offer at 2:00 that day. Surprising myself i was driving off the Sales lot by 6:15pm last Saturday with my new Atomic Silver RX350!! i was very impressed by Silvias warmth , honesty, knowledge of car leases, and her willingness to show me other options and explain the differences. So I contacted Lexus of white plains and was greeted by Tom Mcphillips sales consultant, he was very helpful over the phone and they had the car I was looking for at their dealership so I decided to go speak to him in person. He is a well informed sales consultant with excellent verbal / communication skills. Unlike many other sales consultant I worked with before, he was an active listener for a change. He made the time to answer all my questions and did not attempt to rush me into a sale. When it came to negotiations, he was honest and set reasonable expectations with regards to current offers and lease bottom-line deals. He went over the numbers and made sure I understood all the terms. He also was kind enough to attempt getting me a better deal than what was offered. He also introduced me to the sales manager who was as nice as he was. Overall, Very friendly and professional staff , it was truly an excellent experience. Tom went above and beyond to accommodate to my needs and help me make the right choices. I am very pleased with Tom, all his efforts and the excellent deal he helped me get. Also, the sales manager was very welcoming and spent time with me and to talk about the dealership and the deal we were negotiating. He was very thorough with the process of buying the car and explained every detail. Additionally, he in threw in a free crossbar for me that was originally priced $400. This is very helpful because I always haul things with my car. He was very generous, nice and paid special attention to the customers needs.
