When it comes to servicing my Lexus, the service department is very easy to deal with, has a beautiful customer lounge with food, drinks, and computers available. I have not had a single issue with the cars that wasn't resolved to my complete satisfaction; I can't recall ever getting no for an answer. Mr. Tremblay has always been very professional in my many purchases over the years, and what I like specifically about the culture at this dealership, exemplified by Bernard, is the "no pressure" policy they apparently live by. You ask your questions, you get your answers and only when you're ready does the paperwork come out and the purchase process begins. I can't recall ever being asked "what's it going to take for you to buy this car?", something all other dealers are apt to ask from time to time. You expect a lot from a luxury car dealer, but in my experience nobody does it better than Ray Catena Lexus and Bernard Tremblay. As for servicing my Lexus vehicles, I actually look forward to my scheduled service appointments (I use Ray Catena Lexus in Oakhurst for service as it's closer to where I live). They treat you quite well there and I would recommend them unhesitatingly. More
